Terms, safety and refunds
Please read this before booking. Booking a trip means you agree to these points.
Safety
- A trained guide and a support team travel with every group.
- Vehicles are verified and driven by experienced drivers.
- A first aid kit is carried on every trip.
- Head count is taken at every stop before departure.
- Swimming in dams, rivers and waterfalls is not permitted.
Booking terms
- A seat is confirmed only after the payment is verified by our team.
- The confirmation is shared on the WhatsApp number given in the form.
- Please reach the pickup point 15 minutes before the reporting time.
- A valid government photo ID is required for every traveller.
- Travellers below 16 years must be accompanied by a guardian.
Refunds and changes
- Cancellation 7 days or more before the travel date: full refund.
- Cancellation 3 to 6 days before: 50 percent refund.
- Cancellation within 48 hours: no refund, one free date change allowed.
- If the trip is cancelled by us due to weather or safety, a full refund or a free date change is offered.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Not included
- Personal shopping and extra food outside the planned stops.
- Entry tickets at optional locations, where applicable.
- Any expense caused by delays beyond our control.
Traveller conduct
- Alcohol, smoking and prohibited substances are not allowed during the trip.
- Please follow the guide at heritage, forest and religious sites.
- Do not litter. Carry your waste back to the vehicle.
- We may end the trip for any traveller who risks the safety of the group, without a refund.
